The Provider Relations Associate is in charge of interacting with our secondary care providers( Dental, Eye Clinics, Diagnostics, Gym etc.) and Wellness centers educating them on our processes, resolving escalations, and contributes to negotiating appropriate tariffs with our providers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new healthcare providers to expand the company’s provider network.
  • Streamline the onboarding process, ensuring timely completion of required documentation and compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing healthcare providers through regular communication and support.
  • Proactively address provider concerns and issues, escalating to relevant teams as needed.
  • Develop and conduct educational forums to inform providers about new regulations and company policies.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to enhance provider performance and satisfaction.
  • Monitor provider performance metrics, such as NPS and CSAT ratings.
  • Engage with providers with low ratings to identify and address underlying issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider data, ensuring easy accessibility for internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on provider performance and network trends

Requirements

  • The expected experience range for candidates is 3+years
  • Minimum of a first degree in Medicine/Nursing
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a MUST.
  • Basic proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
