·       Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA engineers to develop and execute test plans, ensuring system reliability and performance.

·       Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for system-related issues.

·       Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including system designers, to ensure smooth system integration.

·       Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor system performance and generate reports to track efficiency and identify areas for improvement.

·       Technical Documentation: Write and maintain documentation for systems and processes to ensure clarity and continuity.

Required:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and database schema design.
• Experience with system modeling and design tools.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with financial services or lending platforms.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
